Caroline is a Chinese Malaysian born Australian business woman and company director in the Asian Century.

Caroline is the President of China HR Australia, CEO of CH Asia Australia, Co-Founder of Sydney School of Protocol-Asians in Australia and a Company Director of various companies in Australia and Asia. She is also Adviser, Ambassador of several organisations and a judging panellists for several business awards. Caroline partners with Hon Andrew Stoner (Andrew Stoner & Associates) on many Australia-Asia and Australia-China investment and investor migration projects.

She is the Australian representative for the Sarawak Convention Bureau, a government funded organisation based in Kuching, Sarawak.

She is a Board Trustee of the St Vincents Clinic Foundation and a strong advocate and NSW Ambassador for the Vinnies CEO Sleepout event in support of homeless services.

Caroline has an extensive background of 30 years career in Australia, covering healthcare, business and government.

She graduated as a dental surgeon from the University of Adelaide in 1983 and holds postgraduate qualifications in health administration from the UNSW and Uni of South Australia. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Caroline runs her own business consultancy linking Australia and Asia in the business and healthcare sectors. She speaks and travels widely and has spoken at major business events for over 13 years globally on diverse topics in leadership, business and healthcare. Caroline’s career includes being former CEO over 15 years for three associations, including dentistry, medicine and recently the SME Association of Australia.

Roland LeongRoland was born in Ipoh and emigrated to Australia as a teenager with his family.

Roland graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Economics, majoring in Accounting. He is a practicing Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience, including having gained experience in the Australian Taxation Office.

Roland has a passion for working with small medium business. He has had extensive experience working with and consulting to small, medium to micro businesses, and service contractors. Clients Roland look after include medical, legal, IT and finance professionals, as well as a range of industries including on-line businesses, restaurants/cafes, engineering, financial services, education, and health. His work involves advising both new business owners as well as mature, seasoned business operators.

Sunni WanSunni is an Australian born Indonesian-Chinese. Her career background has ranged from film production; hospitality; funds management; risk management to her passion of events management.

In recent years, she has been involved in organizing countless social events and is an Event Manager for AzNConnnecT. She is also a Property Advisor for Freedom Property Investors.
