AMSA Lunar New Year Dinner 2025: Welcoming the Year of the Wood Snake

Join us for an enchanting evening as we embrace the Year of the Wood Snake at the AMSA Lunar New Year Dinner 2025, a celebration woven with tradition and the spirit of togetherness. This exceptional event is more than a feast—it’s a vivid tapestry of cultural elegance, unity, and joy.

Date: Friday 31st January 2025

Time: 6pm to 10pm AEDT

Venue: Emperor's Garden Restaurant, 96-100 Hay St, Haymarket NSW 2000, Australia

Dress code: Traditional or smart-casual (Lunar Year Year theme)

Menu: 

• Lou Hei Yee Sang (Prosperity Toss)

• Deep Fried King Prawn in Salted Egg Yolk

• Boneless Duck with Taro Puree

• Curry Fish Fillet

• Golden Fried Chicken

• Stir Fried Chinese Kale in Homemade Ginger Sauce

• Pineapple Char Siu (Barbecue Pork) Fried Rice

• Braised E-Fu Noodle

• Sweet Potato Sago with Coconut Milk

Drinks: Red wine, white wine,  soft drinks and water will be served.
