About AMSA

The Australian Malaysian Singaporean Association Inc. (AMSA) is the voice and trusted community network for the people of Malaysian or Singaporean heritage living in Australia. It all started with sharing great food since our establishment in 1970.

While AMSA has transformed into a leading not-for-profit organisation that supports and empowers the community, it is still that love for food which brings us together to celebrate important occasion such as Hari Raya (Eid Mubarak)!

About SUAMS

The Sydney University Association of Malaysian Students (SUAMS) is a non-profit student organization at the University of Sydney, committed to supporting Malaysian students as they transition to life in Australia. While our core membership consists primarily of Malaysians, SUAMS is an inclusive community open to all students, regardless of nationality. We actively promote the rich diversity of Malaysian culture, fostering cross-cultural exchanges and strengthening ties within the wider Sydney community.

At SUAMS, we believe that the university experience should be both enriching and enjoyable. In addition to providing essential support services, we host a range of exciting events throughout the year—celebrating everything from traditional Malaysian festivals to vibrant social gatherings. Whether it's through our cultural showcases, friendly meetups, or sports events, SUAMS brings together students to create lasting memories, build meaningful connections, and make our community feel like a home away from home.
