Enjoy delicious Malaysian cuisine from Ho Jiak Town Hall while engaging in insightful conversations with Audra about her life journey and culinary experiences at Sydney's newest premium coworking space, The Great Room.

About Audra Morrice
Audra is a chef, author, sustainable gastronomy advocate and television presenter. Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Japanese, she left her 20 year career in telecommunications to follow her passion in food beginning her stint as a finalist in MasterChef Australia 2012.
She then became the co-host and judge on MasterChef Asia in 2015 and has been the resident judge of MasterChef Singapore having just completed its fourth season.
Audra is the Sustainable Gastronomic Tourism Ambassador for the Pacific Asia Travel Association, a not-for-profit association that acts as a catalyst for the responsible development of travel and tourism to, from and within the Asia Pacific region.
In 2023, Audra was appointed to the board of the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT)'s Australia-ASEAN Council. She was also unanimously endorsed and appointed by AMSA members as the association's Patron during its 2023 Annual General Meeting.
