You can access, correct, delete or update information AMSA holds about you, or unsubscribe from receiving communication from AMSA by sending your required changes through our contact page.

Your contact details are retained by AMSA solely for the purpose of communicating directly with you. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your contact details to outside parties without your verbal or written consent.

We may share certain contact details with our event partners/contractors and commercial partners to better organise our events.

AMSA may use from time to time agents, social media and/or other cloud based software to market and/or manage our business, example, WIX, Active Campaign, calendaring software etc who may collect your details on our behalf. We may provide paid services e.g. PayPal and Stripe, within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). These are integrated onto our web pages developed within WIX to process customer registration and payments

 

We do not store card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, AfterPay and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.
